Behind You Hospitality Solutions was founded by someone who’s done the work—all of it. I got my start in the dish pit, bussing tables and earning every shift. Over the years, I worked my way up to General Manager, and eventually into Operations for a local, multi-location restaurant group. I’ve led hiring, training, scheduling, cost control, service standards—you name it.

After nearly two decades in the trenches of hospitality, I shifted into the tech side of the house, joining SpotOn. What started as an analyst role turned into a fast rise: I became a trusted resource for some of the toughest POS cases in the company, rebuilt support documentation from the ground up, led knowledge share initiatives, and trained support teams across continents.

Behind You is the product of both those worlds—restaurant grit and tech know-how. I understand the pressure of a dinner rush and the frustration of a down POS system. That’s why this company exists: to be the support partner I always wished I had in the moments that mattered most.
